Trying to verify, but my document isn't accepted

You may experience issues verifying your account if you're trying to use the following types of images or documents:

Blurred/dark photos: Text must be clear. If your images continue to come out blurry or are too dark for the system to read your information, please make sure your camera lens is clean, or use another device.
Photocopied documents: We cannot accept photocopied documents or photos taken from a device screen.
Cropped documents: The four corners of the document must be visible, including the document number.
Ineligible or concealed information: All essential information must be visible, including date of birth and document number where applicable. Expired documents are not accepted.
Identification cards from a prohibited region: IDs from prohibited regions are not accepted.
