Welcome Canadian Players! You can now enjoy the ClubWPT Gold's ring games, tournaments, and daily freerolls.
  1. Interac Purchases on ClubWPT Gold
    1. Please ensure you have verified your email in the "Profile" setting of your page. Not doing so will cause Interac purchases to fail. The email address you use on our site must match the one registered with your Interac account.
    2. Due to the nature of Interac purchases, they may take 30 minutes or more to register to your account. If you do not see your Hand Analysis and Chips credited after 30 minutes, your bank may be holding the payment. We recommend contacting your bank first if you encounter this issue. Once your bank approves the transaction, there may still be a delay on their end as they transmit the payment information to us. In some cases, processing may also take longer if your transaction is undergoing a security review by the payment processor.
    3. A maximum transaction limit of CAD 25,000 per user applies to purchases made via Interac within any 24-hour period.
  2. Chip Redemptions With Interac on ClubWPT Gold
    1. As a Canadian user, you will need to make your redemptions through the Interac service and your bank.
    2. Please ensure that the email address you use on our site matches the email address registered with your Interac account. 
    3. This service requires a secret question/answer. You will be asked to create a secret question and answer when submitting your redemption request. If you do not have auto-deposit enabled, you’ll need this answer to receive your redemption. Please be sure to record it somewhere safe so you don’t forget it.
    4. Please ensure that your secret answer is between 3-40 characters (including spaces) as this will cause your redemption request to fail. 
    5.  When submitting an redemption, you may see an option to use the same card used for your original purchase. Please note that selecting this option will cause your redemption request to be declined. Please ensure you submit your redemption request through the Interac service and your bank.
    6. A maximum transaction limit of CAD 25,000 per user applies to redemptions made via Interac within any 24-hour period.
  3. In Process Interac Redemptions
    1. You can’t start a second redemption until the first one is fully accepted.
    2. If you receive an error saying that you have an redemption in process, please check your email for an Interac message. If you do not see the email, please check your spam/trash folders and search for "Pateno" or "Interac".
