Why am I being logged out because of my device clock?
For your security, our game checks that your device's clock is roughly in sync with our servers. If there's a gap of more than five minutes, you'll be automatically signed out to protect your account.
The good news: It's a quick fix! Just enable automatic time on your device and you'll be back in the game.

How to fix it
iPhone / iPad
  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap General
  3. Tap Date & Time
  4. Turn on Set Automatically
Android
  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap General Management (or System on some devices)
  3. Tap Date and Time
  4. Turn on Set Time Automatically
Mac
  1. Click the Apple menu and go to System Settings (or System Preferences on older macOS)
  2. Click General, then Date & Time
  3. Turn on Set time and date automatically
Windows
  1. Open the Start menu and go to Settings
  2. Click Time & Language, then Date & Time
  3. Turn on Set time automatically
