Why am I being logged out because of my device clock?
For your security, our game checks that your device's clock is roughly in sync with our servers. If there's a gap of more than five minutes, you'll be automatically signed out to protect your account.
The good news: It's a quick fix! Just enable automatic time on your device and you'll be back in the game.
How to fix it
iPhone / iPad
- Open the Settings app
- Tap General
- Tap Date & Time
- Turn on Set Automatically
Android
- Open the Settings app
- Tap General Management (or System on some devices)
- Tap Date and Time
- Turn on Set Time Automatically
Mac
- Click the Apple menu and go to System Settings (or System Preferences on older macOS)
- Click General, then Date & Time
- Turn on Set time and date automatically
Windows
- Open the Start menu and go to Settings
- Click Time & Language, then Date & Time
- Turn on Set time automatically
