Why was my redemption declined?
Here are some of the more common reasons for a declined redemption:
- Incorrect information provided: Double check your details and try again.
Use of an ineligible financial instrument to process this request. Please know that Google Pay, Apple Pay and prepaid debit cards are not eligible for redemptions.
- A technical error: If our payment processor rejected your redemption due to a technical error, please submit your request again. These are often temporary and due to network issues.
- Timed-Out: This is also often caused by a network issue. Please check your network and then try again to complete the redemption.
