Crypto Purchases FAQ

Crypto Purchases FAQ

Purchasing with Cryptocurrencies

Overview

Eligible customers now have early access to pay for Hand Analysis packages using cryptocurrency. If you qualify, you will have received an email with further details. Supported currencies include:

  • Bitcoin (BTC)

  • Ethereum (ETH)

  • Tether (USDT)

  • USD Coin (USDC)

How to Use Crypto

  • Purchasing: Buy qualifying Hand Analysis packages (minimum purchase bundle is $500) using your chosen crypto.

  • Redemptions: Crypto is available as a redemption method for redemptions in any of the four supported tokens. For information regarding crypto redemptions, check out our Crypto Redemptions FAQ.

  • Best Use: Designed for larger Hand Analysis purchases. Smaller purchases should continue using existing payment methods.

Key Considerations

  • Use a Personal Wallet: Only use a wallet you control. Do not send from an exchange account that doesn't allow redemptions back to your wallet.

  • Verify the Network: Ensure the network shown at checkout matches the network your wallet is sending from. Sending on the wrong network may result in lost funds.

  • Account Verification: Standard KYC and account verification requirements still apply.

  • Send the right amount: Sending more or less than the cost of the bundle will cause the transaction to fail and a refund will need to be issued.

Where to Find It

  • Purchases: The crypto option is integrated into the standard "Buy Hand Analysis" flow.

  • Redemptions: Appears as a redemption method in the standard redemption flow.
